If you are not the current MCS Rep, in order to receive this training, you MUST request one of the Officers in your WI to email mscenquiries@hampshirewi.org.uk authorising us to allow you, the applicant, access to the MCS records for your WI.  If we do not receive this permission we are unable to give you access to the system.   It is your responsibility to ensure this permission is given.
