Iain, a professional chef and college lecturer 

will demonstrate how to make fresh egg pasta and then prepare 

Farfalle Bows with tomatoes, shallots, peas and Parmesan and 

Agnolotti filled with ricotta and lemon, with baby spinach,  

and sage brown butter and pine nuts. 

In addition to recipes and tips, you will be able to taste the dishes too!
