We are pleased to be welcoming back Iain,
a professional chef and college lecturer from
South Downs College.
This time Iain will be showing us how to make
both a tasty risotto and a delicious tiramisu.
Iain will provide copies of the recipes plus lots
of handy tips plus the recipes and of course
you will be able to sample the dishes too!
