About our WI

Halterworth WI
 |
Halterworth WI was formed in October 1992 and will celebrate its 19th Birthday in 2011. |
|
We meet on the second Wednesday of the month (9.45 am - 12.15 am) at the Montfort Community Hall, Benedict Close, off Halterworth Lane, Romsey. There are currently 35 members. |
|
In addition to the many social and educational events offered by the Hampshire Federation to members, we offer a varied programme of speakers and the occasional outing. |
|
We have a regular walking group, reading group, craft group, sports group, Knit & Natter group and enjoy frequent visits to our local Plaza Theatre. Some of our members are involved with a local primary school teaching pupils to knit. |
|
New members and visitors are always made most welcome at our meetings. |
