‘Diamonds for Denman’ Competition
 NFWI announce the ‘teams’ who have been selected to go through to the cook-off at Denman College on the 23 April 2008:

Nottinghamshire - Jane Jefferson and Margaret Foss

East Sussex - Tracy Atchison and Angela Tilly

Lancashire - Ruth Freathy

Middlesex - Lesley Yendall, Eugenie Pattison and Liz Morrell

Cumbria Westmorland - Pauline Bennett, Jennifer Butterworth and Gillian Fletcher

Darts Tournament - Bitterne WI

Home Economics Sub-Committee.
 Bacon Cup
Awarded by the Home Economics Sub-Committee for a designated class at a Federation Produce Show. It may be competed for in some aspect of cookery, preservation, gardening or flower arranging.

The Huxley Cup
NFWI Cup which is competed for at The Royal Show, Stoneleigh annually in July.
In 2008 NFWI will not be holding this competition

Presented for the best individual performance at a music speech and drama festival.
